Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026 

At The Hive Movement, we value your commitment and aim to provide high-quality services and products.

1. Digital Products (Programs, Courses, Videos)
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant access, we do not offer refunds.

2. Services (Coaching, Sessions, Wellness Services)

  • All class purchases are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their class with at least [24 hours] notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund or credit.

3. Events & Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by us

  • If canceled, you will receive a full refund or credit

4. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our discretion under special circumstances.

5. Chargebacks
Any chargeback attempts will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
